Solpod is redeployable, so we can offer rental on 3+ year terms, matched to the duration of your property lease. If you extend your lease, you can extend the Solpod lease at the same time. If you leave, you can either take the Solpods with you to the next property, or the property owner can offer them to the next tenant.
